“With these exercises, you are guaranteed to burn 600 calories in 4 minutes,” said Saret in his interview for the ANC program “Headstart.”
“If you’re in good shape, you can finish the workout in 2 minutes, so go and repeat the exercises until the 4-minute timer is over,” Saret said. “For those who are trying for the first time, you can only do one exercise in two minutes. But stay motivated and you will see some progress at some point. ”
The 4-minute workout:
Start the training by doing ten repetitions of jumping jacks. Jump with your legs and arms open and close yourself when lying on the floor.
Continue with ten repetitions of squats. Stand upright with outstretched arms. Make sure your feet are in the same line with your shoulders. Begin with the squats, feel the pressure on your hips, not on your knees.
“Squats are the biggest fat-burning exercise,” he said.
Continue with ten pushups. For beginners or if you are unable to make decent pushups on the floor, use the wall.
The training ends with lunges, ten repetitions for each leg. Step forward with one leg and kneel with the other. You can retake the workout with one minute between shots to complete the full 20-minute workout for better results. For those who hate pushups and lunges, Saret has a piece of advice: “Those who hate you are the ones who actually go to work.”
